Our two live Descriptive Panel Leadership courses are designed to support panel leaders at different stages of experience. DPL 1: Foundations for New Panel Leaders is ideal for newer panel leaders who want to build confidence in the essentials of panel setup, test controls, lexicon development, scaling, and day-to-day panel management. DPL 2: Advanced Leadership & Analytical Expertise is designed for experienced panel leaders who are ready to deepen their skills in panel monitoring, troubleshooting, data interpretation, reporting, and advanced lexicon work. Together, the two courses create a natural progression: DPL 1 builds the foundation, while DPL 2 focuses on analysis, insight generation, and advanced problem-solving.
