This course provides a general overview of sensory evaluation as it pertains specifically to personal care products. You will learn about how product attributes intensities are measured using the Spectrum Method. You will then go through the protocols for evaluating personal care products from beginning to end using three globally available reference products. Finally, you will have an opportunity to practice evaluating three lotions hands-on.
