Ms. Civille has had countless opportunities to support claims during development and to successfully defend them during legal challenges.

Lee utilizes her 25+ years of sensory science experience as a senior trainer for descriptive analysis & quality, a product focused creative facilitator, a strategic consultant, and an expert evaluator across a wide range of products and ingredients consumers eat, drink, smell, apply, use, and wear.

Director of Training and Education
Joanne brings over 25 years of expertise in food and sensory science to her role as the Director of Training & Education since joining Sensory Spectrum in 2001. Beginning her career as a food product developer, she soon transitioned to sensory evaluation, leveraging her background to assist product developers in understanding the sensory attributes of their products.
